Pull Shot

LESSON Sequence
LESSON PLAN 8 introduces the PULL SHOT and a pivoting movement pattern that allows the player to remain inside the line of the ball.

This session also builds on the footwork and snap & wrap swing movement patterns developed in the Cut Shot (Lesson Plan 6).

The PULL SHOT has 2 categories – the Easy PULL SHOT (learnt in this Lesson Plan) and the True PULL SHOT which is more advanced
The Hitting zone for the PULL SHOT is in front of the body

Player to pivot inside line of ball after impact
When running each lesson, check the setup and setup routine for each ball
