Balance is an even distribution of weight enabling someone to remain upright and steady.
STABLE BASE
Head above feet (stable base) ensures balance.
HEAD POSITION
In order to be balanced when playing shots, players need to move so that the head is properly positioned and supported throughout the stroke – this takes practice!
