The PULL SHOT begins with the Back foot back & across footwork ...
The PULL SHOT begins with the Back foot back & across footwork previously developed during the Back Defence (Essential Skill 4) and the Cut Shot (Essential Skill 5) and incorporates the Snap & wrap swing to provide power into the shot.
While the swing for the PULL SHOT is essentially the same as used for a Cut Shot, there is a major difference in the contact point (Hitting zone) with the PULL SHOT making contact with the ball in front of the body.
