Front Defence

FRONT DEFENCE –
REAL TIME

FRONT DEFENCE –
SLOW MO

The FRONT DEFENCE is the STARTING POINT for shot development!
The FRONT DEFENCE is the corner stone for all other shots played off the front foot. It is important, therefore, that all players develop proper and sound front defensive movements when learning to bat in Cricket.
A strong understanding of the Concepts introduced when playing a FRONT DEFENCE is also necessary to assist players when progressing to more advanced movement sequences such as those involved in the Front Drive and (later) other front foot shots.
