What is EFFECTIVE Feedback?
We now know that a Coach's role in providing feedback is essential to a player's understanding and development.
We know that the EXTERNAL Feedback received by the player from a coach greatly enhances the coaching and skill development process. We also know that both Prescriptive Feedback and Descriptive Feedback is required by the player to improve.
